Description
Allows attachment of 16 mm master thread shift knob to be attached to a NON-Threaded Shifter Rod. Perfect for the newer JEEPS which are 5/8" , can be attached to the shifter of the Jeeps with a little extra padding. But works great!

Add some beauty as well a function to your NON-Threaded Shifter Rod, with this non-threaded/threaded end extension adapter.
1 1/2" polished aluminum then coated in black, screws into any of our 16mm master shift knobs - or we can drill out a resin knob for you. Just ask!
Adds some length to your shift knob.
The opening is 5/8" and comes with nylon reducers for a perfectly snug fit. Set screws and allen wrench also included.

Non-Threaded Shift Knob Adapter
This was supposed to fit the shifter on my 2015 Jeep JKU. Came with three bushings, but none fit snug. Used the screws to hold it as tight as I could. It works okay. Could have been a better fit with a better fitting bushing.

Adapter
I wanted the un-threaded "Smokey" knob. Gave them a call and more than helpful. Once I understood the "science" getting the old knob off a 2011 Camaro it fit perfect.

Great adapter.
I have a 2009 Jeep JK and I couldn't find anything that would work so that I could use different shift knobs. This worked fantastic. Couldn't be happier.

non threaded shifter adapter
The adapter was a little difficult to get on my shifter however with a little modification to the sleeve it went right in place and looks good and function great!!

They have wonderful customer service. We emailed them for specs of the knobs because we have a 2012 Jeep with no threads on the shifter and they replied right away. They called the next day to make sure they had the right information for the knob we wanted. They were really nice and they made us feel well taken care of, especially because they shipped out order and we got it approx. 2 days later. We will definitely order from them again.

User friendly
I have an S60R Volvo which has an odd shaped and non threaded shifter. I used this adapter which comes with 3 different sized sleeves to mount an HOS shift knob in my car. It made something I read about in forums to be a nightmare process involving hack saws to a simple 10 minute job that looks clean and could even be restored to a factory knob if I ever sold the car with no permanent damage or modification. Holds on tight with aggressive driving.
